Meet Carol

Carol Bergeron

President of Bergeron Associates™

I help people make energizing transitions in life by facilitating personal reflection, insightful collaboration, new vision development and activation. As a business leader, I work at the forefront of aligning business and talent strategies, talent solutions and leadership development to advance individual, team, and organizational success.

With 20+ years’ experience in consulting, corporate, and community leadership roles, I help leaders and teams stretch outside their comfort zones to accelerate breakthroughs and achieve their lofty goals. For over 15 years, I have partnered with clients in life science, healthcare, technology, professional services, and non-profits to lead change in bold new directions, elevate their talent, and attain growth and scaling objectives.

I am an author and speaker on the 7 phases of “People Succession: Lessons from Forward Thinking Executives in Middle-Market Companies”, a talent blog, and on-site and virtual leadership learning courses.

I serve as board director and chair the nomination & governance committee for The Scandinavian Charitable Society and Living Center of Greater Boston. As a believer in volunteerism, I serve as Advisor and Co-Founder to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s NE Executive Exchange program and previously served in board roles: Chair of NE, Interim President of Programming, Boston Chapter President, President-Elect, and Mentoring Program Director.

Through my roles as business owner, corporate leader, and board director, I’ve earned a reputation for excellence in envisioning new strategic directions, leveraging human capital as a competitive advantage, continual innovation, transparent collaboration, and commitment to community.

On the weekends I enjoy bicycling, traveling, crafting, and cooking with my husband Bob and hiking with our energetic dogs – Wiley (heeler) and Piper (heeler / border collie mix).
