We facilitate a powerful learning experience that helps teams transition from mediocre to high performing. How? By strengthening individual and team capabilities of building greater trust, engaging productively in conflict, committing to decisions, embracing accountability, and focusing on results. 

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, each participating team member will:

  • complete an on-line questionnaire to assess: team behaviors, team culture, and individual personality type,
  • understand their own DiSC style and how it contributes to the team’s success,
  • discover the five behaviors common to the highest performing teams, 
  • learn how the team scores on each of the five behaviors, and
  • commit to an action plan for strengthening team development and performance.
