Challenge: The new strategy proved to be more difficult to get off the ground than anticipated by the C-Suite. Most employees understood and embraced the new strategic direction. The organization was stuck in a constant state of firefighting. Customer and employee dissatisfaction and turnover was on the rise.

Action: We customized operational planning, project management, and core business process improvement and design tools for use across the organization. Given the strategic goals, we facilitated sessions to identify the work to be done so that goals could be achieved. The outputs were the basis for project planning and process re-design facilitated sessions, integrated team building and coaching.

Result: Increased leader and employee engagement as they successfully took on new, challenging, and important work. Increased the number of skilled project managers and team members. Established an ongoing leadership forum, operating reviews, where monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement planning occurs regularly to accelerate organizational performance.
